Day 1 Depart USA Overnight flight to London.
Day 2 Arrive London After checking into your Trafalgar hotel, the rest of
the day is at leisure.

Day 3 London Salisbury Plymouth (2) A warm welcome from our Tour
Director as we set off via Hampton Court and then across Salisbury
Plain to ancient Stonehenge. Later, we view Salisbury Cathedral
with time to stop for lunch before passing Exeter and Dartmoor. Then on to Plymouth
for our two-night stay. Tonight, we enjoy a welcome beverage with our Tour
Director.

Day 4 Plymouth Cornish Excursion Our first stop today is at the old
smugglers' town of Looe. Then on to Penzance with a chance to
photograph St. Michael's Mount, en route to the artists' colony of St.
Ives. Finally, we return to Plymouth via Bodmin for the night.
Day 5 Plymouth Stratford-upon-Avon Today's drive brings us to Glastonbury
to visit the Abbey ruins before continuing to the historic town of Bath.
Here an orientation tour includes a visit to the Roman Baths.
Then we enjoy a scenic drive through the heart of the Cotswolds, en
route to Stratford-upon-Avon, where we visit Shakespeare's
birthplace and drive past Anne Hathaway's cottage. Hotel: The Swan's Nest
Day 6 Stratford-upon-Avon Lake District Lancaster This morning we
make a stop at the Wedgwood Pottery Center. Then on to Chester,
where we have time to wander along the quaint galleried shops known as the
'Rows'. Next we head up into the beautiful English Lake District and on
to picturesque Windermere. A chance to enjoy the views before arriving
at our hotel in Lancaster. This evening, we enjoy dinner at our hotel.

Day 7 Lancaster York London (2) An early start as we travel across
the Pennine Moors, country of the Brontλ sisters. We continue to York
where our Tour Director will take us on a walking tour through
York's winding medieval streets to the 'Shambles'. Then time at leisure to
visit the Minster and shop for last minute souvenirs before returning to
London. Hotel: Kensington Palace Thistle (2 nights)
Day 8 London sightseeing Many major sights are included on today's sightseeing
tour.
Day 9 London USA We transfer to the airport for our return flight to
America
